When will The Barns be available for events?

We are taking reservations now for events starting June 2021!

What months will the barns available to schedule events?

We will be opening our doors starting June 2021 through the end of October 2021. Starting 2022, we will be open for weddings from May through October, with winter weddings and events available upon special request. 


What about guests and parties from out of state? Are there any local hotels or places to stay?

Yes! There are adorable cabins just down the road called Winding Creek Cabins, less than a 2 minute drive! There is also a Holiday Inn & America's Best Value Inn & Suites 15 minutes away in Three Rivers. The bride and groom's family will have the option to rent out our lakeside carriage house on Diamond Lake that is 20 minutes away, as well. We can provide shuttle services at an additional fee. 

Can we seat additional guests?

With the add on of an outdoor tent, our grounds can seat up to 250 guests during the reception.  


When will my rehearsal take place?

Rehearsal times are available one to two evenings before your event date. Example, if your event is on Saturday, you can hold your rehearsal on the Thursday or Friday prior. 


Are tables and chairs included?

Table and chair rental fees are included in the wedding packages. We source our tables and chairs from our trusted vendor who has dozens of styles to choose from. More expensive table and chair choices will result in an additional fee to cover the difference. 


What time do we have access to the grounds on our wedding day?

Our wedding packages include access to the grounds from 9 am until Midnight, with music ending at 11pm. The all exclusive package allows the couple & their chosen guests to stay on the property from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning, with Thursday as an optional add-on.

Do you offer wedding planning services?

We have a 2 experienced wedding planners on our team, one who has been in the industry for over 40 years and another for nearly 6. Both have a full understanding of the venue & all that’s possible to create here. You are welcome to use either of their guidance for an additional fee, or bring in a planner of your own. 


Is there an exclusive area for the bride & bridal party?

We have a private bridal room on the lower level of The Big Barn, as well as a groom’s room & wedding party community area. If The Farmhouse is included in the chosen package, the air-conditioned house can function as a separate bridal suite for the bride, her wedding party, and immediate family.


Is there air conditioning or heat available at the barn?

At this time, we do not have cooling or heating systems installed in the barns. We can provide select heaters or fans for an additional fee, if desired. 

   

Can I use my own vendors?

We have a select list of reliable vendors to choose from, but we are open to your preferences.  


What decorations are allowed?

You are permitted to bring in your own style, but we do recommend you source most of your decor from our trusted vendors. We must approve certain items, such as any candles used or additional light fixtures. There will be no nailing or pinning onto any surface of the barns. 


Is smoking allowed? 

Smoking is prohibited inside the barns and within several feet of the barns. There will be a designated smoking area and all smoking items must be properly disposed of afterwards. 


What are the clean-up guidelines?​

Clean up services are provided by our staff within reason. Any aggressive messes made that we cannot handle will require a cleaning fee. 


Are pets allowed?

Yes! We understand pets can be an important part of your big day. Pets are allowed outside of the barns. If you are renting The Farmhouse, we have a large privacy fence to accommodate your furry friends.
